The leather artisans at Galoche & Patin offer all types of repairs for your leather goods:
Our workshop also offers cleaning, re-pigmenting, or dyeing leather or suede. Our expertise in leather and suede includes smooth leather, grained leather, nubuck or suede, calfskin, velvet, precious leathers…
These services allow the leather to regain a uniform color and more radiance. It also helps hide scratches or scuffs on your bag.
If your zip is unstitched or broken, we can replace it with an identical one. Our workshop can also repair your zipper slider.
Our artisans can repair your handles, straps, or shoulder straps, or recreate them identically if they are worn out. If your handle’s attachment or snap hook is broken, we can also replace it.
Your bag has two handles that end in a wider tab sewn onto the bag called a chape. This area can be reinforced or repaired in our workshop.
The edges of your bag are exposed to premature wear. Our workshop can renovate them using an edge filler combined with a new edge dye.
With use, the rings, buckles, or D-rings of your leather goods can come loose or get damaged. The Galoche & Patin teams repair or replace them with identical ones.
The corners of your bag are fragile. If they are slightly discolored, maintenance and recoloring will restore them to like-new condition. If the corners are more damaged and have holes, our workshop can use a colored leather filler or advise you on fitting new corners that match your bag’s look.
A broken clasp means you can no longer use your bag or satchel. Our workshop can repair or replace it depending on its condition. We work with luxury houses and the best suppliers to replace them identically.
The lining of your leather bags or jackets is fragile. It can tear or wear out prematurely with repeated use. Our teams can restitch your lining, add a patch to protect it, or custom-make a new lining.
A pull tab on a slider can easily come off, making it impossible to close your bag. Our workshop can manufacture and replace them identically.
Reliable and very professional service. Lovely staff and a tailor-made service based on your needs and the actual condition of the item. I'm delighted with my bag repair and will use G&P again!
Very meticulous work on an old, badly damaged leather handbag, and it came back looking like new. It's true that it's a bit expensive, but when you care about certain items, it's not much, and it's still cheaper than buying new. I highly recommend this cobbler for the quality of their work 👍🏻
I had a Lancel bag in poor condition, and Galoche et Patin managed to give it a new lease on life! Responsive, the online photo submission system is perfect for getting a quote. Once the work is done, the return is also by mail and the package is carefully prepared. I recommend them!
3 very good experiences for 2 pairs of sneakers and a designer bag: everything came back in good condition and is ready for more use.
The after-sales service is also high quality.
It's important to mention that it's not just a platform; there are "real people" to answer our questions.
Thanks to them for the quality of their work.
I entrusted 4 designer bags to Galoche et Patin. They were worn, and one was even torn. The work done is remarkably discreet for the repairs and high quality for the renovation. These bags came back to me like new.
I want to thank this superb shop! I just got my Saint Laurent bag back and it's like new! Meticulous and high-quality work!
