Our concierge collects and delivers to your home, your office, or the location of your choice in Paris.

For all other locations, we provide you with a prepaid Chronopost label.

Once they arrive at the workshop, your Sebago shoes are analyzed by our master cobbler to offer you the most suitable services based on your needs and budget, then your item is taken care of.

Quality Control

Quality is non-negotiable! A dedicated person is responsible for validating that the services have been perfectly performed and that our quality criteria are met.

Delivery

A few days later, you’ll be delivered where and when you want by our concierge if you’re in Paris, or by Chronopost.

The turnaround time is 2 to 5 business days for standard repairs. For more complex operations such as Sebago resoling, allow about ten days.
