Registration is done automatically during your first repair request. You will be asked to provide your email address and desired password.
Once your registration has been processed, you will receive an email asking you to activate your account. As soon as your account is active, you can access your personalized interface.

We offer a service worthy of the finest conciergeries. Once your repair request is made, we will collect your items from the requested address.
We will also send you the quote via text message for greater efficiency.

When making your repair request and before validation, you will receive a global summary of your requests and the associated costs.
Once our cobbler has prepared your quote, you will receive an SMS and/or text message inviting you to review it.
By default, all repairs are included in the quote. However, you can deselect those you no longer wish to proceed with. The total price updates automatically.
Once this is done and after validation, you will be asked to confirm the location and time for the “rendezvous” to return your shoes or handbags.
On the scheduled day and time, we will be there with your repaired items.
Collection and delivery of your shoes are carried out by our team at the location of your choice in Paris and the inner suburbs.
For other regions, we use a courier service that will collect your shoes or bags. We will send you a shipping label to print in advance. You simply need to place your items in the box of your choice and attach the label.
When you register your shoes, you have the opportunity to include any questions or comments if needed. You will receive a detailed summary of your request with the rates. Once the shoes are received at our workshop, Galoche & Patin establishes a final quote for the requested repairs (and any additional ones if necessary), which is submitted to you for validation before payment.
Once your items have been collected, you will receive a quote prepared by our master cobbler via SMS. You will be charged after accepting this quote.
Our teams collect and deliver directly in Paris and the inner suburb towns*. Outside of this zone, we schedule a Chronopost pickup at your convenience.
