In our workshop, we are able to care for and maintain all Dr Martens models.

For all other locations, we provide you with a prepaid Chronopost label.

Quality Control

Quality is non-negotiable! A dedicated person is responsible for validating that the services have been perfectly performed and that our quality criteria are met.

Delivery

A few days later, you’ll be delivered where and when you want by our concierge if you’re in Paris, or by Chronopost.

The turnaround time is 2 to 5 business days for standard shoe repairs. For resoling, it takes approximately ten days on average.
