The heel tip is the final layer of the heel that serves as the wear layer. It is therefore in direct contact with the ground when you walk. It is most often made of rubber and needs to be replaced if it is too worn or scuffed.
Our cobblers remove the damaged heel tip and replace it with a new one so that your heels regain their original appearance.

Our cobblers methodically brush your shoes with a stiff dirt-removal brush.
They then apply a special leather cleansing milk to remove all traces of polish and nourish the leather. This cleaning removes residual stains and softens the leather. It also helps slightly reduce creases and scuffs on your shoes.
We also clean your suede shoes (brushing, Sommières clay or specific steam cleaning) and restore their colour.
Galoche & Patin also offers bespoke patina for your shoes. Tell us what you would like in terms of colouring, pattern and contrast, and we will provide a personalised quote for your patina request.
Our teams of cobblers clean with a stiff dirt-removal brush. They then apply a cleansing milk to soften the leather and remove residual polish marks. A fine cream is then applied to revive the colour. Shine is then achieved through vigorous buffing with a polishing brush. A wax polish can then be applied in small touches to perfect the shine. All polishing is carried out to the highest standards by our artisan cobblers.
High-shine polishing adds gloss to your leather shoes. Our cobblers alternately work wax polish, water and buffing on your shoes. This technique, which requires precision and mastery, restores an incomparable shine to your shoes.

We offer leather, crepe and rubber resoling, as well as resoling for all technical shoes (trainers, hiking, climbing).
Widening with shaping is possible on all shoes made of supple leather or suede. However, it is not possible on fabric or plastic shoes.
