Our online cobbler service collects and delivers throughout France. Our master artisan cobblers take care of all John Lobb footwear. They are maintained and repaired in our Parisian workshop by our experienced cobblers.

To have your shoes repaired, it couldn’t be simpler! Choose the repairs you need and we will collect your John Lobb shoes from your home or the location of your choice.

Once maintained and repaired by our workshop, they are returned to you at the location of your choice.

Collection

Our concierge collects and delivers to your home, your office, or the location of your choice in Paris.

For all other locations, we provide you with a prepaid Chronopost label.

Once they arrive at the workshop, your John Lobb shoes are analyzed by our head cobbler to offer the most suitable services based on your needs and budget, and then your item is processed.

Quality Control

Quality is non-negotiable! A dedicated person is responsible for validating that the services have been perfectly performed and that our quality criteria are met.

Delivery

A few days later, you’ll be delivered where and when you want by our concierge if you’re in Paris, or by Chronopost.
